The Superior Chalet

This very British style of summerhouse is both stylish and luxurious, providing the sophisticated place for both relaxation and entertainment. These buildings make perfect settings for al-fresco dining or enjoy the evening G&T on the veranda.

Being versatile your building can be used as garden rooms, so whether its arts and crafts, a music room, pool room or games room for the children they provide that extra living space.

This Garden Chalet comes with fully glazed double doors and four double window sets to give good natural light, fitted with toughened safety glass. The 1.2m veranda is optional if you would prefer the chalet without the veranda we leave a 400mm roof overhang to enhance the face of the building.

Specification:

Side Walls	19 x 125mm shiplap cladding on 38 x 75mm planed framing.
Door	1 pair of joinery-made double doors 1830mm high x 1200mm wide fully glazed, fitted with mortise lock and brass fittings.
Door Frame	75 x 75mm planed
Windows	4 sets of double windows with 4 mm toughened glass.
Floor	19 x 125mm tongue and groove floorboards on 38 x 75mm tanalized planed floor joists set at no less than 450mm centres. If the veranda option is chosen 38x125 tanalized decking is used on the floor.
Roof	19 x 125mm tongue and groove match boarding, on 38 x 75mm planed framing covered with green mineralised 35 Kg roofing felt. Trusses are used on all buildings 3.6m long and above.
Heights	1.85m to eave height or a more generous 2.0m to eaves.
Roof Overhang	400mm roof overhang is a standard feature.
