The front elevation of these buildings is completed with an overhang making the building both attractive yet practical. We recommend our buildings are finished internal with our insulation and 12mm oak faced ply to enable the building to be used all year round with the minimum of heating required.

Prices start from £2,770.00 for a 2.4x 2.4m (8 x 8ft). All prices include delivery, installation and VAT.

Specification:

Side Walls	19 x 125mm shiplap cladding on 38 x 75mm planed framing.
Door	Half-glazed, inward opening, joinery-made door 1900 x 750mm.
Door Frame	75 x 75mm planed
Windows	Joinery-made window frame 1200mm wide x 1030mm high with one side hung opening window, one fixed window and one top hung fanlight window, fitted with 4mm toughened glass.
Floor	19 x 125mm tongue and groove floorboards on 38 x 75mm tanalized planed floor joists set at no more than 450mm centres.
Roof	19 x 125mm tongue and groove match boarding, on 38 x 75mm planed framing covered with green mineralised 35 Kg roofing felt. Trusses are used on all buildings 3.6m long and above.
Height	A generous 2.0m to eave height
Roof Overhang	400mm roof overhang is a standard feature.
